So, i do not sleep worth a crap...Chronic pain seems to do that to a person. BUT the other nite i slept like a baby. ok...not a baby but for me it was awesome. like 3 hours straight! that is a miracle. THEN i woke up wanting a pen and paper. i wrote out a poem. the following day i remembered what i did and looked at what i wrote. hell, it wasn't bad and why can't i do that awake. i used to write all the time and now since my accident i have had a HUGE brain fart and not sure what to do? maybe there will be someone that reads this, has chronic pain and some tips for me? worth a shot as i am at my wit's end!!! love to all...
